Your eyes indicate that there may be inflammation in your sinuses. Have you been checked for sinusitis and allergies? What about your bedding? Is it hypoallergenic? That you are tired, sleeping in and that your eyes hurt in morning points perhaps to something in bedding or in sleeping area that may cause additional problems. For instance, is there any kind of straw in mattress or sleeping on tatami mats or any kind of feather pillows?
I finally got rid of dark circles when I got rid of tatami mats. Most likely you don't have these, but look around for things that might be causing allergies. Don't let pets sleep with you or on your pillows. Have only hypoallergenic bedding. I noticed that when I slept at boyfriend's house I felt better. You might try sleeping at someone else's house for a weekend to see if you notice improvement. If there are problems with mold in your building this could contribute to inflammation.
Avoid pizza as it feeds yeast. Sorry about this, but it is true.
