Sulfur for a chilly patient?

It seems to me, from my relatively novice understanding, that sulfur is a remedy with heat running all through it. At what point would a good homeopath put that element aside and give sulfur to a chilly patient with other symptoms that fit?

At what point does its polychrest status (and other matching symptoms in the patient's picture) 'overwhelm' the patient's status as a 'chilly' patient?
