please guide us about cerebral atrophy

We have a 7 month old baby boy, he is still not able to hold his head properly, at age 5 month we got his MRI scan done and results showed cerebral atrophy. Also he has been diagnosed nystagmus,also mild development delay.
please guide us how best we can get our son treated.

Not easily dealt with. First , has he had any vaccinations. 2nd , is there any TB in the family background, also any tendency to cancer or suicide?.
