My grand mother have psychological and physical problem plz help

Dear all,

My grandmother physical and mental problems.Her age is over 70 year she was a house wife now she is doing rest.Details are following:-

Physical Problems:
1/.She don't have control on urine bed wetting frequently.
2/.Her appetite is increased and she get obesity problem.

Physiological Problems:
1/.She weeps easily in btw discussing any matter related about her current life and about her illness.
2/.She also worry about future e.g about food that who will provide her tomorrow.
3/.anxious from noises.
4/.anxious from alone.

these are those from which our family is tense.We shell be very thankful to you all and your act of kindness.
