Warts around the neck and Arm Pits

I've been suffering from Warts mostly aorund my lower neck and a couple under the armpits. I've taken Thuja orally and also applied the ointment...but no luck.

In fact, the last few days I'm seeing few new ones around my neck and starting to concern me.

What were mental condition around and prior to onset of warts.
