Child skin complaint

My 3 month old has developed a patchy, red, dry rash on his chest, tummy and upper arms. I am hoping this is not eczema. I have changed washing powder to liquid and am using castille soap. Any advice/comments?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
STOP giving immunizations. This seems to be the main cause.

Any immunization you need is available homeopathically.

Do not use ointments on skin outbreaks. Get some Calendula cream, or Dried Calendula flowers and make a tea to wet the skin with. Very healing without being harmful. It also does not drive it inward.

Look back in older postings for "Calendula for skin problems." Go to bottom of page and try # 3.
