garlic sinus remedy
Hi,I am a 39 year old woman. Recently,I went to the emergency room because of a bad sinus infection .I don't think my remedy will cure a sinus infection but it will help clear the sinuses.I take two cups of real garlic cloves and put them in a blender to puree .Then I add to my rice steamer and feel it with water to the top.You can't use garlic powder as this will not have the same benefit as real garlic cloves. Then I put a towel over my head to and maybe help take in the steam for about 20 or so minutes ,or as long as you can stand it.Its really ones own personal choice how close they want to be to the steamer. The garlic is very strong and can burn a little if your real close.I think this remedy is good for helping to clean the sinuses and possibly help to avoid avoid a sinus infection It may offer some relief to and already existing one.The steam penetrates deep within the sinus cavity. This is also my cold remedy and I have avoided getting bronchitus for over ten years bye following this simple routine. With colds I just set the steamer by my bed or nearby dresser. When using this remedy it helps to be consistent throughout the duration of your cold.Garlic is a natural antibiotic but it won't take the place of getting care from your doctor and getting regular antibiotics for your sinus infection.I wish I had thought of this remedy years ago because it really takes some of the agony from being sick.If you try this at home you won't regret it.Here's to good health!cocoa on 2009-02-22
