Today again i am feeling pain in my stomach. It has been almost 1 and half month since last pain. Today the pain is quite intense. It all started in the afternoon when i ate watermelon and went for a nap. Then i woke up at 5 and felt like my stomach was feeling heavy. So, i went for a walk and all went fine. Then after taking my dinner, i again felt heavyness and it started paining. I ate just one chapati with sabzi. So, i took a single dose of carbo veg 30. Doc, plz help me. It pains quite a lot. Give me some permanent solution to it. Earlier, in my life i was having a very good digestive system but these days it seems to me like utter failure. Plz help me doc.

I vomitted due to pain and the vomit was so acidic. Moreover, blood also came out with vomit.

sems this one may be mild peptic ulcer , cause may be smoking , drugs, helico bacter parasite etc.
where do u get the pain or burning ? which region ? around navel ? below navel or above navel? or just below chest?

I want to add that i have undergone ultrasound and blood test but no stones detected. Yesterday, i felt like i was feeling quite hot in my chest like i have eaten quite spicy food but i didn't. This was the first time i saw blood in the vomit.
where do u get the pain or burning ?
Pain is always felt at the point where our rib bones meet and make an inverted 'V'. It is in the skin, quite deep as compared to the rib bones. Whenever, i feel pain it hurts my back also. Sometimes it hurts so badly that it becomes almost impossible for me to stand straight.
which region ?

No, doctor it is not near the navel. I can say it is just below the chest.
does eating relief from pain or burning?
No, however i haven't tried it but i can surely say that eating will worsen it.

Yes, eating makes it worse, if i am already feel heaviness in the stomach.

Not surely i am going to get pain. Sometimes it pains and sometimes it does not. Therefore, there is no fixed criteria for the pain but it always pain at night.

Pain starts when something is there in the stomach.
I want to add that i do not smoke, no drugs except the ones u prescribe. Even in my horoscope it is written that in my life i will suffer from inflammatory diseases.

eating restrictions:
mix small quantity of boiled rice with small quantity of dahi (yogurt) and water and eat the mix {yougurt rice) ;
eat little quantities at more intervals;
stay away from spices, tadkaas, fries, chilly, pepper, fats , milk, coffee ,tea , cool drink , hot drink ;;
dont sleep with body basing on stomach/chest ;
u can sleep with body basing on back ; or sleep turning left (body basing on left ribs, left hip etc);
dont sleep turning to right side;

I dont feel any flatulence or eructation (dhakaar). I eat and it just starts paining without any warning but one thing for sure that walking and digestion of food gives me relief.

in homeopathy , the treatment is mainly based on symptoms , not on problems/diseases ;

Keep prescribing. I will bring medicines as and when u will prescribe. Medicines not a big deal to get. There is a shop nearby my place.
Moreover, i have changed my eating plan. The change is that i take my dinner at 6 in the evening so that i have enough time to digest it before i go to sleep.
