Unhealed boil and perhaps cellutitis

I have been dealing with an infection in my groin area for over 2 months now.

History
Here is the long history. It started out as a boil (which I get every 2 months either in my groin area or underneath my breasts) and started draining and I assumed it would go away. After 2 weeks it seemed to persist and started having stinging type sensation there so I started taking Calcarea Sulph 6x again (had taken it previously before this boil to prevent reoccurences). It started draining pus again but seemed incomplete so I spoke to a family homeopath back in India and tool Silicea 1M (3 doses 10 min apart) and then continued on with Calc.Sulph 6X. Still no improvement so then per the homeopath took Silicea 1M 4 days/3 doses a day followed by Belladonna 1M 2 days/2 doses a day. At this point the area around it started to harden and became red and I felt another pimple on my upper inner thigh which then joined with the original boil now. I decided to switch homeopaths to one my sister has used successfully in the past for her psoriasis. Per her instructions, I took Hepar Sulph 200/4 doses for 1 day, followed by Silicea 6X, Ferrum Phos 6X and Kali Mur 6C 3 times a day and Belladonna 200 4 times a day for 2 days. On the 3rd day he asked me to also add berberis vul. 4 times a day. It started draining thin watery pus on the 3rd day which provided a lot of relief and loosened the hardened skin, drained for the night and previous evening, did not completely empty out. I sincerely felt I was complicating everything with the amount of meds I was taking from someone who was remote. I decided to go see a homeopath/naturopath locally and she asked me to stop all meds and put me on natural antibiotics by broad spectrum (berberis-200mg, garlic-100mg, goldenseal-mg, wormwood-50mg). She also asked that I take 1 dose of Borax 200c. Things started looking slightly better after the drainage but the itchiness, blackness/dark redness of skin in the groin area and upper thigh still persisted. In addition the area that was originally where the boil was was still tender and the skin still felt pimple like in some places. I went back to my local doc and she said to continue on the herbal antibiotics and gave 2 doses of graphites 200c. Took this 4 days ago. 3 days ago the area on top of the original boil started hardening and I felt another cystic pimple coming on in the other side of my upper thigh.

Current symptoms:
-hardened, tightened skin, worse with movement, better with warmth, pink/red swollen in some areas, blackish in other areas
-sticthing, stinging pains in areas where infections persists (creases of both sides and original site of boil)
-fatigued and worried

Current medications:
I am now taking Myristica 30 (2 drops 3 times a day) in hopes that it will drain whatever is left in there. I am also taking berberis vul. and holy basil as antibiotic 4 times a day. I have stopped the herbal antibiotic as of yesterday. Am also applying calamine lotion to the area as a topical.

Please help!!!
Can any doctor on this forum provide any kind of guidance? Do I need to take an allopathic antibiotic?

Thanks so much!

Boils started many years back, when I was 19 maybe (am 28 now). In fact at that time is was in the form of cystic acne on my face. The acne cleared up on my face but then I started noticing boils/cystic acne in my private areas every 2 months or so. Am a female of age 28. No illness that I know of prior to this but I did get a vaccination back in October after which I have had one after the other health problem. Lately its been boils, itching and fungal infections. Since October health has been down, before that it was good but not optimal. I have always been a bit on the heavy side (weight: 170 lbs now, height: 5'5), had stomach issues (constipation) and for a while had hormonal imbalance (from age 23-26).
