Feeling of sadness and anxiety - what to do?I've been feeling kinda down the past few weeks, more so than usual. I have a stressful life but recently I feel as though I don't cope as well. I have a lot of anxiety and am easily made irritated/angry because of it. I find myself very tired and with very poor concentration. I am a student and this is getting in the way of my performance. Any suggestions ??
