anal fistula help anyone plz 03/04

it started off as an abcess last march which was drained and the after one month a hole appeared. it closed up and then came back again and this has been goin on since then. since it was a recurring abcess i thought it was a pilonidal cyst and started this ointment treatment for that. this didnot help.
i am confident that it is a fistula since there is a hole and it drains every so often.
i came across this site and learned that Silicia and Arnica combination works, so i started that from today.
please if someone can comment on my situation and if i am doing the right thing that would really help me. I am very scared of surgery and that is my last try.
However i have a very effective natural treatment for pilonidal cyst if anybody needs it plz contact me. thank you
