Sinus Loss of Taste/Smell

I am 50 yr old woman with a bad sinus problem. I have a headache and loss of taste/smell. I sneeze at the same time every night 9pm and this produces mucus. My nose isn't blocked but I do have polyps (bleeding). My ears also itch at night and I have a sore throat. I posted on here a while back and the man suggested 30 sul in 4oz water which helped a little.
I also get depression with the sinus.
My husband lost his job in June and I worry about this
