morning catarrh with green expectoration 365 days a year

My youngest son Francisco (7 years old) suffers from this catarrh EVERY SINGLE MORNING when he gets up he starts with a dry cough and after a while he spouts this green expectorations kind of jelly like and sticky. Today I noticed that the expectoration (first one) has turned darker green, and hard as a ball. After that he continued with the lighter green ones. I take him regularly to his pediatritian but it's like he cannot understand that Fran suffers from this 365 days a year. It just NEVER stops. The expectorations can turn white after taking antibiotics but NEVER go away. After some viral type of cold he turns to the green expectorations until the doctor has to give him AGAIN antibiotics. I want to stop this circle because my child is really tired of this every single morning.
HISTORY - Francisco was born by a c-section. What I noticed was that his first depositions as a newborn were sticky and black as rubber. He was a ealthy chubby child until he was vaccinated with Pentavalente vaccine (it contains the neumonia virus - not desactivated). After 1 or 2 weeks and being only 3 months old he got his first neumonia. He had two more. He was treated with regular medication (lots of pennicilin) After that we had a lots of problems for him to eat regularly (like he lost the taste for food). He is very thin and white skinned. Blond hair. He is lively, likes to play, he is very imaginative and has lots of energy. He can be very stubborn and gets offended very easily. Sometimes at night when sleeping he may cry out with lot of fear and is very hard to calm him down. He is friendly but is always a little afraid of others teasing him.
SKIN - he has tiny red dots that are itchy and when you touch them they feel like sandpaper. These rush appears when he eats dulce de leche (milk caramel) or chocolate. The doctor diagnosed it as atopic dermititis and gave a long list of 'dont's' ... If I should follow it my child could only drink water...
I will be very grateful for any help on finding the right remedy for him. I want him to be healthy again. Thank you very much for your help!

how often does he drink water, how is his thirst.

is he usually constipated.

what are his likes and dislikes.

Rishimba, answering to your questions: I described his personality in my first post. He likes to be carresed, comfortable in hot water, thirst is normal, likes to drink water. He is not constipated. He prefers sweets over salty food.
