Can a mid-aged diabetic solve his PME problem?

Hi,

I find this question has been asked several times on this forum - problem of premature ejaculation, nightfall, and erectile dysfunction. The twist in my case is that I also happen to be diabetic, hypertensive, and hypothyroidal. Allopathic medication for these conditions is helping keep them in check. But for the problem of PME, NF and ED, I have never sought any help all this while.

I was tempted to try the medications the experts prescribed to others on this forum right away, but thought it prudent to ask whether, given my condition, I will require a different treatment.

Looking forward to assistance to a sad middle-aged man who has always thought there was no hope so far as his sex-life is concerned.

Thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please take weekly one dose of acid phos 10M and along with this medicine pls take agrimony+mimulus both 2 drops thrice in a day .. continue for at least a month... and see the result in bp and pme...

you will continue your allopathic bp and diabetic medicine if continued..

Hello Dr. Sharma,

Thank you for your suggestion. I have spent the better part of my life reconciling with my condition.

To reconfirm: The Acid Phos 10M is in pill form / liquid form? This has to be taken once every week, say every Sunday after dinner?

And Agrimony (2 drops) and Mimulus (2 drops) three times in a day, perhaps after meals? Any potency for these two medicines?

Are there any foods / liquids that I should avoid during this one month long medication? Your guidance is most appreciated.

I would like to add one more observation about my condition. Within a few moments of having sexual thoughts, I get this sensation of the gallbladder becoming full. The urge to urinate appears almost concurrently with sexual desires as they are formed. And urination is invariably very copious in such situations. Returning from the bathroom, and resuming the sexual pleasure, and immediately PME occurs.

Just wanted to add this point in case the medication has to be appropriately amended.

Thanks.

Hello again,

One more point that I would like to mention is that my hypertension is under control thanks to allopathy and pranayama and other yogic exercises. It is the PME, ED and NF that I have never been able to resolve.

So along with the problem of the gallbladder filling that accompanies sexual urge, I was wondering whether the treatment Dr. Sharma has suggested needs any amendment, or I can begin this treatment right away.

Dr. Sharma and others, your guidance is highly appreciated and I will be grateful for your time.

Thanks.

Hello,

Can Dr. Sharma or anybody resolve my queries? I would be grateful to receive further guidance on my points, so that I can begin the medication recommended.

Anybody who can help, please?

Thanks.

Hello again,

The medicines prescribed by Dr. Sharma have been purchased by me. For Agrimony and Mimulus, the pharmacist has given 'Bach's Flower Remedies' of these names, and he prepared a solution with a few drops of each in an alcohol base. Is this correct? Would appreciate if somebody can confirm.

Thanks.
