Please reply for my message.iam worried about my health.i don;t know what to do.unable to think,i cannot do any thing
1) How do you feel about tight clothing ?
Iam not comfortable,wear dresses of more than my age i do not want to dress well
2) Do you have any feelings of jealousy or envy ?
no, i think about only my life.my progress in life.i like success which i never got. my parents used to compare me with others

i do not have any negative feelings in my family.i am sensitive to harsh words,i cannot forget such incidents.i get hurt very easily.i donot speak everything to parents,answer only if they ask me

they used to compare about studies.my performances in exam was not good after hypothyroid symtoms.i had severe hairfall which caused baldness near forehead.even now i have hairloss on forehead & overweight problem.
my looks & studies both got disturbed

no comparsion as my brother was not more intelligent that me,
I get irritated when people shout at me.i also shout at them.i don;t like politics in office.i did not butter any body,wanted to grow on my own.many had complaints about my attitude saying i don;t smile

its same all the time on all weather.
my condition become worse even when i do not have tension. all medicines do not work for me. when it works i feel good & TSH is also normal 3 -4 .I can observe change in skin texture,hair growth,no weakness all together.I can work under more pressure also
i feel good physically & mentally only when i do not have any health problem.
I got doc ;s presci letter written as HHC - I5,AB8r,can you make out any thing out of this.

Please take 3 doses of LYCOPODIUM 30c, equally spaced by 2 hours on a single day .
The medicine is to be taken for 1 day only. And after that day, no more doses.
After that, wait for 1 week, and report back changes.

2. spaced by 2 hrs - only in day time
Meantime, can i continue 50 mg thyronorm along with Fucus Ves mother tincure 6 drops thrice a day
6 pills = 1 dose
3 drops = 1 dose

Dissolve 1 drop of liquid Lyco 30c in 120 ml water, stir with a spoon, and take a teaspoon from there.
This is ONE DOSE.
You have to take 3 such doses for ONE DAY ONLY, and then stop.
Then wait for 1 week.
Also, stop Fucus Ves mother tincure

there is no progress since last weeek. my condition has not changed after taking lyco 30c .
iam still suffering from severe hairfall,dry skin, no periods,constipation .
could you please review my case again.

can i take supplements for my problems like kelp or apple cider vinegar. i am not getting any relief. iam not able to concentrate on work , may loose job.pls help

Keep taking your tablets till there is any perceptible change. It may actually be harmful to stop supplements all of a sudden since dr Sameer still doesn't seem to have arrived at the remedy. The remedy will take some time to act given the chronicity of your case and the fact that you have been on supplements for so long has made your body used to it.
