short term memory is totally gone long term memory 20% left.Blank look.reflex is very slow.too much repetion of one sentence.over eating. not active very lethargic.needs help in dressing, eating, bathing,cleaning,and taking medicine.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Give patient 3 doses of anacardium 30 on a single day at a gap of 4 hrs. Observe symptoms for a week. The patient should follow homoeopathic resctrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, he should not eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine. Report after a week with more information as to how the problem started, since how long, any other treatment given etc.
