Lots of nervousnessFemale, 33 years old.
I would like some help with my nervousness and anxiety.
We had some people move in upstairs and their walking around and droping things on the floor makes me really anxious and sometimes angry. I percieve this as an 'intrusion'. If I hear noises from other parts of the builing, like next door or from under, it is not so bad as when the noise is happening right above my head.
Sometimes I get startled by sudden noise and I feel tense, because 'you never know when there will be another startling noise'. This is even worse, when I am woken up by noise. I cannot go back to sleep because I am 'expecting' and listening for when another noise will happen. If I know they are not home, I can go back to sleep no problem.
I have posted another thread talking about some of my physical conditions.
There is a nervous need to force urine out before bedtime, so that I don't have to get up during sleep.
Also there is an urge to urinate after urinating - especially at bedtime.
There is also a compulsive need to masturbate if the topic of sex was introduced, even just by conversation. The thought won't go away no matter how I try and there will be a tingling feeling in the genitals. All of this causes nervousness.
Please advise a remedy for all this!

note: we learn by association and remember by repetition
if you see a horrible image and you don`t break the thought by focusing intently on the image i.e. what colour, smell etc, or by moving your thought to anything else your mind will automatically switch to pre recorded previous experiences within your memory causing you to react in a certain way or feel an em
(google search cognitive behavior therapy )
if your diet is poor (alot of processed foods) this can cause your body to over produce sex hormone ( toxins in blood stream) as a result can heighten the urge to masturbate, if you do not replace the minerals after you masturbate youcan very well get symptoms such foggy brain, stress and anxiety to name a few, also after releasing (climax ) the ph level of your body becomes acidic causing other problems to your bodies chemistry
to help your nervousness take flax seed, also known as linseed (mix the seeds in water, leave for hour and take two or three table spoons daily
secondly look for oak bark the herb and also burdrock root the herb, take a scoop of each in a pan, leave to boil and drink as a tea
the burdrock will help purify your blood and the oak bark will give your a inner calm and strengthen your bones
