Neck Pain and stiffness with headache

Hi all

i have pain and stiffness in my neck with headache mostly in right sided i feel pain is always start form neck then back of head ans forehead but it is mostly right side but sometimes it is left side and sometimes whole head

my age is 36 yrs and i am computer engineer by profession

i am suffered form almost 2 yrs please suggest good remedy accordingly

What makes the pain worse or ameliorate?
When do you get this?
Are there any precipitating or aggravating factors?

If you are suffering with this for 2 years, it would need a constitutional treatment since any acute / locally acting remedy won't help for long.

as i think it is started suddenly and some mental worry or some non stop desk work i think

Belladona is predominantly an acute remedy. You can take it as in 30 potency to start with, thrice daily.
report after a week and if that does not relieve, will send you a questionnaire for constitutional analysis.
