L3-L4 diffuse disc with mild central spinal stenosis

Hi Sir,

I have tingling in my both feet and numbness in big toe.The tingling increases by sitting on chair. Some pain in the lower back.

My MRI report says, I have L3-L4 diffuse disc with mild central spinal stenosis.

I am going to physical therapy and there is some comfort but still I have numbness/tingling in the feet.

Please help.
