post Lyme fibro

My primary symptom is pain that varies.It is sharp and feels like it is in the muscles. Some days it causes me to lie down. Sitting makes it very bad and makes the movement to lessen it almost impossible.It is getting worse and is causing more pain in more places. Up the back into the head. Down the arms into the hands. Lower back, into the hips (mostly right, that had to be resurfaced) and down the legs. It is accompanied by headaches, insomnia, brain fog, lack of energy and a kind of depression from the long term of dealing with it. (5 yrs) I am on Cymbalta 60mg and synthroid 25mcg, also a cream of hormones, prog, estro, and tostesterone all seem to help with certain symtoms,but not the pain...
