Thank you for your guidance.I have started the medicine 5 drops in a cup of water.
I have 2 points need your guidance: (1) whenever I take Silicia-30, i am feeling hadatch and pain in right side of brain. Even today I am feeling it.(2) with this medicine, please specify diet control.

Is it alright?. kindly guide me about diet? what should I take and what should I avoid.Another thing, if Insha Allah puss+blood vanishes, what medicine I should take after completion of this medicine after week?? Okay you are on the right path please continue the medicine and Orally please clean fistula with Calendola lotion twice or thrice a day.
Avoide to take hot diets, such as meat etc. When it is fully drained and blood start oozing stop this medicine and contact me.for further advice.

if the wound is dried and no pus and blood is coming then there is no need of any medication. However, keep the place clean with Calendola till such time untill is okayed.

With the history of Fistula, it developed recently with more pain, like a boil.
I did surgery as the pain was un-bearable.
I feel it will re-accure.
