Not that I can recall. I've had problems with my knee when I was younger but dont recall pain or the same symptoms. I have had dry skin before but not like not the dry skin between my fingers. this is what i wasnt sure about...do all the symptoms have to match with the remedy or is there a scale of more important ones matching?
Since taking LM my mood has gotten better my stomach issues better, no dry skin yet, knees and feet are soar. Skin is still not better//

Hi Dr Sameer,
Since last evening I'm feeling the mood is somewhat down and especially today. physically the stiff neck is the same, no improvement and acne the same no improvement. stomach has felt better but since last night there has been some discomfort. the aching in the knees also persist now. what do you suggest?

Time for the next dose:
But before every dose, from now on, you need to sucuss the LM1 bottle before measuring out the dose.
A sucussions means a hard thump given to the bottle on palm of your hand.
We will be dosing every 4th day (72 hours), to avoid relapses.
After giving 8 sucussions to the 30 ml Helios LM1 bottle,Take out 3 drops from it in 250 ml of spring water ,stir with spoon, and take a teaspoon from there ONCE. Throw the rest of 250 ml away.
Report after 3 more doses, but do not forget to thump before every dose.

Hi Dr Sameer,
It has been 48 hours after my 3rd sucussion dose. after the 2nd dose I have been getting depressed more and some anxiety bouts. mood has been down and negative with spurts of uplifting thoughts. been feeling pretty tired last couple of days and dont want to get out of bed. stomach pain has minimal, but there is mild discomfort. today i have been constipated after several weeks of no constipation. stiff neck has improved a lot. but joint pains especially knees are still pretty achy and sore especially after sitting and wanting to get up. skin is still breaking out...please advise//

The stomach pain has been pretty minor if any. acne breakouts are less. joint pains and aches are much less. mood has been alright. I might feel down for awhile and then uplifting for awhile with alternating through out day.
Is it time for more doses?

Just had 2 big runs of diarrhea tonight.
Also forgot to mention in last post that the stiff neck/pain moved from base of neck left to right side more.

Hi Dr Sameer,
I woke up today with an itch/tickle on the roof of my mouth towards the back and have been sneezing, running nose, post nasal drip all day. they are typical cold symptoms for me. my feet are very cold too. i took some vitamin c and d. should i take any homeopathic remedy for this acute case?

I took the dose this morning. Today I am worse than yesterday. Its a full blown cold. No fever yet, but throat feels like theres dirt in it. nose is running with one nostril plugged up. Also feel fatigue and depressed. the post nasal drip persists//

Can you please describe ONLY symptoms which started/changed since this acute started ?
-- Lay emphasis on aggravation times, triggers and same things in regards to amelioration
--Also general things which changed since the acute started..i.e. statements which begin with an 'I' , should be carefully described.

Began Thursday morning with an itch/tickle at the back roof of mouth. I began to sneeze a lot and the running of the nose started followed by congestion. Fatigue and achy body followed thereafter. When I took a shower on thursday it helped, but not long. Friday morning I was a lot worse. Fully congested, sneezing, running nose, fatigue and depressed. I took the Ars dose after I read your post on friday around noon and things got worse again. Seemed all the symptoms were enhanced with additional depressed feeling and some anxiety. Today I am a bit better than yesterday. I have cough now that scrapes my throat also pretty deep cough. nose is still congested and have congested head feeling with the sinus areas inflamed and hurting more so yesterday than today though. Been feeling very warm/hot last through today with slight fever. My bowel movement has been pretty loose since taking Ars, but have gone frequently especially in the morning today. Could not sleep last night. My appetite has been fine. Drinking warm things feels good. irrigated my nose with salt water which helps some. Take ricola to help with cough and scratchy throat. The phlem and mucous has been clear.

The acute symptoms point to Nux Vomica as the remedy however it is also one of the chief anti-dotes to Ars. I don't want to risk undoing the good it has done.
Hence, I will prefer if we can just ride through this without any remedy.

I took another dose on Wednesday, because my stomach was hurting again.
I had some more pain last night...but feel fine so far today. Still get very cold feet and neck is still bothering me. Skin hasnt improved much. Mentally there is no improvement since last report pretty much the same. My appetite has been less lately too. I hope your dont get upset i took a dose wednseday, but felt it was time based on some previous pattern.

I just had the worse stomach pain that had me bend and squirl. I ran to the bathroom and feel a bit better. The area feels soar now with little bit pain and discomfort.
Also my sleeping has been off for the past 2 weeks. I cant fall asleep at night and finally fall asleep early morning and sleep till noon. I wake up tired not wanting to get out of bed and definitely not refreshed.
