Preventing internal scar tissue after hysterectomy

I had a laproscopic hysterectomy just 2 weeks ago due to big fibroids, adenomyosis and endometriosis scarring. I seem to have alot going on in my pelvis and really want to heal well from this surgery. What are the best remedies for healing without scar tissue forming internally or even healing old scar tissue that wasn't quite removed by surgery. I did take Staph following surgey for about a week, should I take it longer? Is Thiosinaminum appropriate? Or Calendula? I cherish this website and forum, it's been so helpful and HOPEFUL for me for several years now. Thank You,

Z

No.

Is Thiosinaminum appropriate? Or Calendula?

Initially for a couple of weeks you can take calendula 6x thrice daily.

Later you can take thiosinaminum 6x for internal scar tissue. It'll also prevent strictures.
