Extensive itching in my scalpHello I am 54 yrs old female , weight 135 lbs height 5'3' Indian and live in the USA with extensive itching on my scalp.
It itching all the time and have bumps, not bleeding, not sore to the touch and the itching has radiates to my ears and neck.
I do not have dandruff and have had this itching for the past two months. I don't loose hair because of itching.
It worsens the minute I wake up and also when I come home from work.
At work I try not to touch my scalp because the minute I do it start itching and is difficult to stop.
I tried using oils and it sooth it for few hrs but then the itching is back.
I have been using hair dye for the past 30 yrs and that has never been a problem.
I'm a non-vegeterian and menopausal.
I tolerate all kinds of food and have no allergies yet.
I've never had this problem before.
My skin type is dry.
I've never had any homeopathic
treatment in the past.
When I was younger I could only sleep in the dark and with no noise and was a very light sleeper now in the past year my sleep pattern has changed I sleep soundly and can sleep anywhere or surrounding.
I go for water arobics for the past nine yrs because I have arthritis.
Last december I had total knee replacement and was home for a month and went back to work with minimal pain and stiffness, my right knee is doing very well and have resumed water arobics after 3.5 months.
The medicines I take is Celexa,Celebrax, Lipitor, Nexium every 3rd day, multi vitamin, calcium,vitamin D, C.
Drink at least 4 glasses of water and have a balance meal.
I've had migrain all my life but with age it has reduced.
I thought itching was temperory and would go away but now I'm really worried and am seeking help.
If you could please tell me how I could stop this problem.

Head.--Boring pain in temples. Confused feeling; better in open air. Eruption on occiput at base of hair, moist, pustular sensitive, itching.
Modalities.--Better, in open air. Worse, at night, and warmth of bed (washing in cold water); new moon--(monthly aggravation).
On the basis of repertorization for itching of scalp the remedy is clematis and the modalities of clematis are also in line with your problem.
Please take clematis 30c three doses (one dose = 4-5 pills) at a gap of 4 hours on a single day. no more doses. please follow homeopathic restrictions like not eating or drinking anything 30 minutes before or after taking medicine, no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes.
please report after 7 days.
