baldness, excess facial hair

I have PCOD due to which I have excess facial hair and less scalp hair. I have read that herbal saw palmetto is very useful for hair loss related to PCOD. Can homeopathic saw palmetto (Sabal serrulata) be useful for my case. My blood tests show an increased Prolactin level. Please tell me some medicine which can control all these issues
