anyway i collected each and every aspect of my life which is following hope you may be satisfied with my reply. My main attention is severe non-bleeding external hemorhroids and anal fissure/ulcer (no bleeding only fissure)and keloids and my anticipation ok below is all about me.

Main problems : ANAL FISSURES, EXTERNAL HEMORRHOIDS,PAINS LIKE ABSCESS ON ANAL AND PERIANAL REGION, CATHCHING COLD EASILY, WEAKNESS SPECIALLY MY FEET BECOMES TIRED T00 MUCH & TOO MUCH PERSIPARATION (Specially on head region and persiparation is cold/icy etc).FLATULENCE. A LOT KELOIDS ON SHOULDER AND CHEST WITH SIZE OF PEAS OR A BIT MORE.
major Diseases: Have no major diseases than the explained ones ie no heart problems, diabettes or BP problems.
NOTE: ANAL PROBLEMS CAUSED,EITHER, A WEEK AFTER DEATH OF MY LITTLE BABY GIRL WHO DIED RIGHT AFTER TEN DAYS OF BIRTH. TAKE MUCH TENSION OF HER BECAUSE SHE WAS ILL BY BIRTH. AND THE WHOLE WEEK I GOT INDIGESTION i.e; IF I EAT ANYTHING AT MORNING IT WON'T DIGEST TILL THE NEXT MORNING AND THEN THIS WHOLE THING CONTINOUS A WEEK AND AFTER WEEK I GOT EXTERNAL HEMORRHOIDS+FISSURE+ANAL INFECITION(highly inflammed and painful) OR DUE TO YOGA WHICH I STARTED RIGHT AFTER THE DEATH OF MY BABY AND DID IT VERY HARDLY AND I DID YOGA TO MAKE MYSELF A BIT SLIM AND APPLIED FULL STRENGTH ON YOGA TO PULL/PUSH MY BELL, GOT BETTER WITH ALLOPATHIC PAIN KILLER INJECTION AND ANTIBACTERIAL INJECTION AND AT SAME TIME SULPHUR 200 DAILY ONE DOSE, BUT THINKS SULPHUR WORKED AT THAT TIME.( SHE DIED ON 13 FEB 08 AND TILL THEN AND STILL NOW I AM ILL )

ONE HARD ROUND THING ON LEFT ANAL LIP UNDERSKIN ( NOT PROMINENT NOT FELT NOT DIAGONOSED BY SURGEON OR DOCTORS.They all said there is nothing but i swear i can feel it while defecating. This hard round thing caused right after applying thuja tincture over anal fissures which were caused by proctoscopy but after recovery of fissure it occured right after on spots where there was fissure and thuja tincture was applied i have noted there is no pain or burnig or itching or anything else on that thing but i also must state that whenever i take tea this thing beats like heart and grew smaller or what. There were actually two of that thing but one disappeared i don't know which remedy acted i was taking arnica 30 , nat phos 6x by joe but dr. told me to take only 1 dose of sulphur 10m and wait for a month but during waiting i got anal fissure then he told me to take acid nitric 200 thrice a day for three days no effect then he said to take graph. 200 thrice a day but again no effect rather i got overdosed and felt my all organs are blocked ie urinating stool etc then i make a phone call to dr.tahira she told me to take simple tea several times a day and nux 200 1 dose i did and got well but what a surprise while take nux 200 and tea one hard mass round shaped thing on anus disappeared. I don't know which and what remedy caused it to disappeared )

Treatments: Treated homeopathically mostly.
Remedies taken previously: Sulphur 200 ( think not suited to me becoz causes anal fissure mostly) , Thuja 30, nat phos 6x, Acid nitrium 200 (for fissure and worked greatly), Aescules 30, nux 30, aloe 30,phosphorus( caused my all previous diseases to come out all at once horrible remedy to me and please note that all kind of remedies containing phosphorus causes same ie; calc phos etc.), Silicea 200, ratanhia 30, causticum 200, Bryonia ( for cold & my pinched nerve worked greatly really impressed with that remedy), Thuja 1m, Arnica 30, Acid nitric 1m, Graphites 1m and now a days 12 days ago taken carcinosin 1m .
NOTE ABOUT REMEDIES: ALL 200 potencies was given to me by my physician only One or two single doses with no repeating them and waited for 15days to act. and all 1m was given to me only 1 dose per month no repeating and waited for months. and 30 was given to me thrice a day only for two or three or five days.

There is no response at all but condition goes worse and all my previous diseases started appearing again ie all fissures which i got previously in my whole life appeared + external hemorrhoids are appeared again then my doctor told me to take thrice aesculus 30 for two to three days and stop i did and get a bit better but i can surely say there isn't any good response from carcinosin.My doctor here recommended carcinosin 1m as he said its according to my personality.
(firstly i thought it was a good thing to have all diseases appeared again it will settle soon but it didn't better since 8days ago.)

Hmm... Carcinosin is indicated, but now you have taken Aesculus , so we will never know. Why did the homeopath start with 1M , as that can cause aggravations for longer periods. A 30c would have been more than enough. We will revisit this if needed.
Anyways, I think there is one other remedy which is indicated even more strongly than Carcinosin.
Please wait for 5 days without any remedy and then take 3 doses of Calcarea Carb 30c for 1 day only. i.e. Take 3 doses on one day and after that stop.
Report in 10 days after the 3 Calcarea doses.

I will do exactly same as you recommended. And about doses i have to take three doses on single day only and never repeat but doses should be taken an hour or less or more or one dose at morning and the next at afternoon and the third at night.
But my externel hemorrhoids & fissures are really paining so i have to bear it??

oh sorry to say that i accidently took Calc. carb. 200 dose today morning at 7am i woke up and was little sleepy and hadn't read the title fully only check calc. carb from my remedy collection and accidently took one dose after taking it i saw bottle it was 200 poten. now what ?? i haven't repeated any dose.??

Sameer i today got cold due to drinking cold water and sleeping in air conditioned room. Whole body is paining special right whole side pains feels like its been overworked(right front chest right arm right shoulder right leg and even right side of head) and feeling sleepy whole day. What should i do, As i am still waiting for response of your recommended remedy and not taking any other remedy at moment.
There are some more things things about my conditions one is that i can't make decisions quickly. Its very hard for me to make decisions even at last moment.
The second one is that i told you that i have lot of sweating/perspiration but i also drink lot of water daily about 6-8 litres daily. During perspiration/sweat if i goes to room where there is fan i got cold ie flu, cold or i eat rice i got cold.

I got better in previos two days but yesterday at 3am i got fissure again on same spot where there was fissure before. It is very painful fissure if shape anus a clock then the fissure is on 2 o clock point( on left anal lip) + there is some times unbearable pain in/on anus not towards fissure, its sometimes oppsite side of fissure and also there also started burning and blind external hemorrhoids.
The good news is that in previous two days before reoccurance of fissure i feel good and well very much even closer to normal in all ways also cold symptoms disappeared by itself.I must also inform you that after taking dose of calc carb my second and third day passed very depressed i don't know the cause as at that moment i want to become angry and unknown depression, the whole two days passed like very much depressed. But then it got better.

Today 10 days completed do i have to wait for 10 more days.
I must also tell you that my wife is now a days pregnant and 8th month is going i really get depressed whenever she got pregnant i became depressed that what will happen she have to bear a lot pain and then what happens if my baby is not normal etc etc. Please help me.
(Can you recommend me something about the cramps occuring in legs of my pregnant wife and also vericosed viens in her legs)

Ok i am waiting for ten more days but i wanna inform you some updates about my body after calc.( is this ok to mention with passing days?? as i usually forget things).
Anyway i remember that i forgot to tell you that i also have pinch nerve problem at back center of neck little left side from center of neck, that pinch nerve gives me a lot pain rarely but i always get relieved with bryonia and i have pain on left front chest and left back and left leg or you can say whole left side feels like when we feel tired and our body parts feels somehow nonsense type thing. The thing i wanna inform you is that after calc. my now a days left side specially left chest( heart also) feels numb usally the whole left side goes numb. IS THAT THING ALSO POINTING TOWARDS CALC.. Dr.Sameer Just let me know that can i apply antimosquito lotion on my open parts of body before sleeping and please also read my previous reply. I in my previous thread forgot to tell you that my anal fissure which reoccured haven't any bleeding its felt just as hard dry cut no bleeding just burning and severe pain.

Ok i am still waiting but what to do if i accidently applied some drops are poured on me bye my wife and one last thing i am also a homeopath and sometimes when i give remedies to patients, sometimes a very little drop accidently touched on my fingers i do care for that thing but this occurs rarely ( i did ask that things because i am sensitive/wahmi person) and thanks for quick reply Dr.Sameer.

Some updates about my condition.
Today some anal pain and stool covered/mixed with pus came, Fissure is still there. Cold effects came back. Severe weakness with pain on whole right side from right side of head,right arm hand, right leg. Nose blocked check pain, very little cough.

mentally i feel boring mostly and sometimes unknown depression occured. After whole time of medicine i can't say i got cure for any ill. Rather today i can say that my all illness are relapsing/occuring again which got recovered with homeopathy. I mostly can't feel the remedy worked on me. I am today in great tension due to reoccurance of illness. But one thing i must acknowledge you that is after ten day of remedy my two days gone like heaven i feel mentally very well but for only two days. Now a days all physical problems reoccured again even problems which passed a whole year of recovery
