weight loss in stomach after babyHello,
I have very stubborn excess fat in my midsection after the birth of my baby. It has been almost two years since his birth and I still have maybe 5-10 pounds excess fat in the area. I exercise daily with limited results. I'm not training intensely, as it's not practical with a young child. My diet has no processed foods, vegetarian. I am wondering if the stubborn fat may be attributed to my age (39) or a hormonal imbalance? can homeopathy help?
