Angry outbursts - Help!

I am a 27 year old mother of 3 girls - ages 4 3/4, 2 1/2 and 9 months. I am currently breastfeeding, but I am starting the weaning process so I would be able to take an herbal remedy very soon. I would not take one while breastfeeding.

Anyway, my entire life I have been dealing with an anger problem. I am not an angry person. But I do have things that trigger my anger. I have found that it i only people who I live with. When I was a teenager, it was my mother. Now it is my husband and children.

Sometimes I get so frustrated and angry when they do not listen to me. I scream at the top of my lungs at my husband and 4 year old. And now it is starting with my 2 year old. I scream at them, and then I sometimes cry because I feel so bad. I need to stop. I want to be a calm and even tempered person because I feel as if I'm traumatizing my family and my children will grow up scarred.

It seems as if my 4 year old is becoming afraid of me. And my husband is wonderful, so he just calmly tells me to lower my voice. I tried an anger management cd, but I really do not have control over these emotions.

I was wondering if there is an herb I can take to stop these angry outbursts. I do not want to see a psychologist/psychiatrist to talk about it. I need some sort of medicine. If more info is needed, please let me know. I'm willing to try anything so that my children will have a calm and patient mother. Thank you so much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi Mom3Girls,

Please talk about any life situation during your teenage years which started this anger issue.

Also, talk about your general behavior, likes/dislikes, food cravings/aversions.

Well, I come from a single parent home. My father was an alcoholic and abusive towards my mother, but I don't really remember him since they were divorced before I was 5. But my mother was/is an alcoholic. She never abused me or anything, but she definitely had a personality change when she drank. It was nearly impossible to talk to her while drunk, because she couldn't fully comprehend what I was saying and then she would twist my words around. It used to frustrate and anger me so much. So when I turned 16, I would just take my car and leave the house. Otherwise, we would get into a screaming match. I think I might have hit her once, too. But she never hit me. She just sort of provoked me.

But otherwise, my mother is perfect. It's like she is 2 different people in one body. But she worked hard to send me to private school my entire life, where I excelled academically and socially. I went to college on a scholarship and graduated. I married a wonderful, passive husband and I have 3 beautiful children.

I am a stay home mom. My husband is a police officer, so his schedule changes. But usually we wake up with the children, turn on tv, and make breakfast. Then I try to go to the gym to workout. I have been doing this off and on for about 6 months, but this past have decided that I need to stick with it. I want to lose about 15-20 pounds. Then I'll come home and my husband will go to the gym. I'll play with my kids for a little bit, tidy the house, breastfeed, prepare lunch, do laundry, or pay bills. My 9 month old is very needy, so a majority of my time is devoted to nursing her and holding her.

I love eating. I always have. I eat when I'm hungry, when I'm bored, or when I think of something good to eat. I eat a lot because I never gained weight (after my third child I did gain about 20 pounds). Eating is very comforting for me. I eat for the taste. But I mostly crave sweets and carbs/fat. I love cheeseburgers, fries, milkshakes, donuts, Slurpees, bread, pasta, cheese, candy, anything fried. I do like and eat fruits and vegetables, but I don't really crave them. I do love to cook, but I also love eating out. It doesn't matter where.

I don't really like green salads, fish, meat (unless it is smothered in gravy or cooked so that you cannot taste the actual meat), tomato sauce or pizza. But I will still eat every one - I just don't really care to eat them.

I like to read, watch movies, do crossword puzzles, and relax.

Most of the time I'm a calm person. I am stubborn and hard-headed. But I am a very nice person. I only lose my temper with my husband and children. I hate when they do not listen to me, when I have to repeat myself, or if something annoys me (like a loud noise or being interrupted.) I lose my temper in those situations.

I hope I answered enough :)

Please answer these:

Please answer these:

1) How do you feel for the 30 mins after you wake up in the morning ? Are you irritable or happy ?

2) Are you a chilly person or a warm blooded one ?

3)Have you ever had any of these:

Mouth ulcers
Haemorrhoids
Cracked skin at orifices like corners of the mouth
Swollen Gums
Any other complaints related to mouth (corners), nose and anus ?

4) How easily can you forgive ?

1) When I wake up in the morning I am generally happy. I am by no means a 'morning person' but I am definitely not irritable.

2) I am probably warm-blooded. I get overheated very easily, although I do not sweat a lot.

3) Yes I have had cold sores before, but not for at least 7 years. I do not have swollen gums. In the winter I usually get a crack on the side of my mouth. It is not a chronic condition. It usually heals in a few days. I do suffer from hemorrhoids. I had small ones before children and after having 3 children they are large and painful and do not go away. I do need to do something about them soon. (possibly removal)

4) If someone has done something wrong and are sorry for it, I can forgive them quite easily. I do not forgive people who are not regretful.

Hi Mom3Girls,

The correct remedy will cure your hemorrhoids as well.

Please take 3 doses of Lycopodium 30c equally spaced by 30 minutes for ONE day only. i.e. Take the doses for 1 day and then stop. The process is below.

Dissolve 2 pellets of Lycopodium 30c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. You can shake it gently after they have dissolved.

A teaspoon from this bottle using a disposable spoon is 1 dose. 3 such doses are to be taken at 30 minutes gap.

This is to be done for one day ONLY.

Let me know in 7 days after these 3 doses.

Please follow the restrictions below.

Restrictions:

1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell on the day and 3 days following the remedy administration. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
7/. Nothing of a medicinal nature should be applied to the skin
