feet and ankle swelling

i am 65+. ihave the trouble of ankle swelling in both legsbecomes worse by sitting long and walking.releived during night when i lie down and sleep for long hours.pl. suggest me a medicine.

please take three doses of bryonia 30c at a gap of 4 hours on a single day. no more doses.
day 2 to day 10
please take 4 tablets of calcarea phosphorica 6x thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours

please report after 10 days.

please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

I'm going to try your recommended solution.

I'm 50 and have an issue with my ankles swelling. I sit at my desk working all day, so I'm sure this has a lot to do with it.

Do I only take the bryonia on day 1?

I just got the Bryonia 30X and Calcarea Phosphorica 6X in the mail today.

I'm starting with the Bryonia today. When you say take three doses, I'm not sure what a 'dose' means. The bottle says something about taking 4 tablets 4x per day, so I'm taking a 'dose' to mean 4 tablets.

Is my thinking correct on this?

I am only going to take it three times, like you instructed.

I will definately keep you posted on any changes I see in my condition.

Bryonia 30c was recommended. You got Bryonia 30x or it is a typing error.
One dose is 4 tablets.

Yeah, I got the 30X.

I guess I didn't know the difference. Still don't actually.

So 4 tablets would be one dose? Looks like that's what you're saying.

X is a lower scale of potentization while C is a higher scale.
Anyway as you have already bought Bryonia 30x, we will change our schedule of dosing.

day 1

I am 49yrs 5feet and 70kg. Recently my feet and ankle are swoolen. Some times i get undereye bags also when i wake up but vanishes after some time.
But swollen ankle does not become alright. Pl give me homeopathic medicines for this problem
