Hair grows dry and brittle

My hair comes in dry and brittle at the crown only. Any ideas of what to take or is it possibly genetic. I also have thin dry skin and dry nails. I suffer from IBS when I consume wheat. I am highly sensitive to sugar and often get yeast infections. Where to start.I am new to homeopathy and look forward to hearing your expert advice.
