Dr Vermani - need help

I have tried homeopathy intermittently for many years without clear success. I am a well built, intelligent 35 yr old man. Had a dyssentry as a child for 2 months at 6mths age. Later, Left inguinal hernia repair at age 10 and anal fissure at age 25 and rectal prolapse at age 26 with surgical correction. Post operatively, I had a hard time with constipation, cramps and extreme straining with voiding small pellets. It was bad enough that I lost 10 Kg. The bowel was inactive with urge to go, but no result. That is when I started trying homeopathy. Tried graphites 30c intitially without success. then, partial success with nux vomica. But, I started loosing hair on scalp (could be male pattern) and waking up at 3am. At one point I tried calc carb and developed zoster. Normally, I dont' get sick. I was recently given alumina 200c followed by 1M and then, aluminium silicata 1M. Now, I am developing erosions on the genitalia, urinary urgency and weak erections.

Some traits about me. I was short tempered till 27 yrs of age. Now, I am very calm and walk away if its not to my liking. Like sweets. Have a hard time sleeping if its not my bed or home. Wake up intermittently 3-8 times a night. Not refreshed in morning. Sleep in lectures. Very hard working - many many hours to call myself a workaholic. Care for people. Always had trouble with bowels needing to go 2 or 3 times in the morning due to incomplete evacuation since childhood. Travel provoked these symptoms and made me anxious about this and urinary urgency. I avoided eating or drinking while traveling for this reason.

I appreciate your efforts and await your response.

I forgot to mention somethings. I notice that I am proving the remedies after 2 or 3 doses. My feet get very cold in bed despite being covered.

Please talk about your fears/anxieties, anger and general behavior more.

Talk about your food cravings, aversions and weather preferences.

Fears/ Amxieties: Fear being made fun off. Anxious about what others think. Anxious about voiding needs and travel. Check things more than necessary soemtimes.

Anger: I get angry when people are hurtful. But, its their persistence and repetition that really makes me loose it. Once or twice is usually ignored by me.

General behaviour: very caring about others, active, workaholic, sleep poorly - waking up intermittently, tired in the morning, sleep in lectures, quick thinking, drink only 2-3 cups of water a day as I am not thirsty.

Food cravings: No real cravings. I liked sweets as a child. Teeth are a little sensitive to very cold stuff - ice cream, etc.

Aversions: Extreme hot weather gives me a headache. I wear less clothing compared to others in winter. Never wear a sweater indoors in snow weather.

Habits: Scratch my scalp picking on sand like grains sensation on head. 2 cups of coffee a day.
