Hysterectomy recovery strain

I am in my 5th week of recovery from my hysterectomy in which I was left with one ovary. I was recovering well until yesterday when I must have done something that strained me. I am having burning constant pain at the site of the removed cervix and right lower abdomen. I have had to go back on the pain medication and will need to go back to the doctor tomorrow unless it subsides. Any advice for such strain at the sites ofl where the stitches are internally? HELP, Please, Thank you so much.
