ear fungal infection causing itching, burning

hello all homeopathic gurus,

I am a 36 year old male in general good health except described below:

Problem:

I have ear and nose problem since last 5 years.

Lab Diagnosis:

Recently ear-swab test with lab results a fungal ear infection (coagulase staphylococcus negative) - also termed Otitis Externa or Swimmers ear.

Symptoms:

- There was lot of itching inside ear and burning, tingling sensations.

- Ear fungal infection has obstructed free flow of blood into nasal veins. As a result, right nose is always very dry. Right Sinuses have lost its natural ability of moisture and crusting. Turbinates are swollen.

- Left nose is fine with natural moisture in sinus, no dryness or blockages.

- tinnitus and sinusitis (dry causing blockage only in RIGHT side nose)

Ears affected now: both

Initially problem started with only in right ear, but now Fungal Infection spread from within inside into full ear canal, to both ears.

Allopathic Remedy:

Taking anti-fungal ear drops (Canesten) helped a lot reducing itching and pain, but symptoms re-appear upon stopping ear-drops even after 3 weeks treatment.

Suspect: Strong fungal infection which is deeply rooted and affecting sinuses, bone or even parts of brain.

REQUIRED:

strong Homeopathic remedy to treat 5 year old Fungal infection inside Ear canal and sinuses, suspected to be causing sinusitis and tinnitus.

Thank you for your help and suggestions.
