Pain in upper back right side of spine!

Hi, my mother has a pain in upper and middle back right side of spine and some stiffness also.. from last 2-3 weeks.

Note: her age is 48 and she also high BP patient.

Pls help..

day 1
please give mother 3 doses of ruta 30c at a gap of 4 hours.

day 2 to day 7
please give 4 tablets of calcarea phos 3x at a gap of 4 hours thrice a day.

please report after 7 days.

please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

♡ kadwa last decade

she is already taking calcium Tab.(supracal- allopathy), can we give calcarea phos 3x with this.

pls advice?

Calc phos guides body to assimilate nutrients that one gets in his normal diet. Calcium supplements in the form of allopathic drugs are generally rejected by the body. Please give calc phos. You may continue with calcium tab, if you wish.
