Need help for my 5-yr-old niece
Hello doctors, can anyone help me help my niece Annie?She is 5 years old, and has suffered from respiratory problems all her life.
She has had, and still has constant coughs and colds, and ear infections. She has had her tonsils and adenoids removed, but still sounds like she has obstructed breathing - very noisy breathing, particularly at night, can hardly breathe through the nose, and suffers poor sleep as a result
She has blonde curly hair and blue eyes. Average height for her age and healthy weight. She is a bright girl but has been a bit slow in speech development, not clear speech. She gets circles under her eyes and mottled skin, and looks pale and tired.
Annie is very active, full of energy, never stops unless she is unwell. She is boisterous and confident and loud, and has been known to have bad tantrums. She can be a bit aggressive when playing. She's quite a show-off and likes attention.
She loves to dance, loves watching dancing and loves music.
She has regular, big bowel movements, and frequent urination. She has phases of having a sore tummy and loose bowel movements.
She loves strawberries and tomatoes, cheese, and sweets/chocolate.
She often bites her tongue

Describes her emotional and mental symptoms, physical trauma/emotional trauma/, when her problems first started and condition around that time, what she does not like to eat/drink, and her thermal reaction i.e. cannot stand hot weather or cold or which she tolerate and feel better. Overreacts, hates to be reprimanded, wails and cries and goes and hides in the corner. 'Drama queen'.
Impatient and irritable. Frowns/scowels and pouts.

Left ring finger caught in hinges of heavy door, end of finger amputated.
Illnesses: rota virus, osteomalitus, scarlet fever, tonsillectomy, allergy to an antibiotic caused severe swelling, severe stye on right eye which lasted many months (all when she was 3yrs-old). Grommet in left ear. Chicken pox.
Eczema.
Food:
Aversion to spicy food and meat.
Desires fruit, vegetables and dairy.
Thermal reaction:
Aversion to cold - wears dressing gown to bed and then gets too hot.
Sleep:
Restless, laboured breathing/blocked nose, mouth-breathing, sleep talking, teeth grinding. Wakes complaining of sore legs. Sleep apnea.

I strongly believe that this little girl will do great on Arsenicum Album 30c in liquid form.
Arrange this medication and then asked for dosing, do not self medicate this medicine on her.

Is Annie Jealous also more than other children.
Does she prefers to sleep on right side .
Is she a very talkative child .
Are her extremeties that is hands and feet icy cold at times .
Is she too self conscious , self conceited( that is having a high opinion about herself) , envious and revengeful .

First of all i would like you to make a list of symptoms she is suffering at present
1. Cough.
2. Runny nose.
3. Watery eyes
4. Obstructed breathing
5. Noisy Breathing

Copies all these and gave them number on the scale of 0/10 for example you feel she is at present very irritable gave then gave him 8/10 or very very irritable 10/10.
We have to assess her condition after the medication so grade symptoms as possible keep them in a document and paste with your every post and make changes which you seems have changed.
Start treatment with Few drops 2-3 drops of Arsenic 30c in a tablespoon water three times at 10 minute interval only for one day.
