arsenicum alb. and secale

can someone explain me if these two remedies antidotes or complement each other?
I've read they work almost same with one small difference: arsenicum tolerates heat, secale tolerates only cold. I would like to know if i can take them together.

Inspite of having some common features like being indicated for anxiety and few other features, neither do ars and secale complement each other nor do they antidote each other.
