dry eyes after Lasik eye surgeryI suffer from very dry eyes which may be worsened by seasonal allergies (I'm not certain if allergies play a part, but I do tend to have sinus headaches).
I had my first RK eye surgery in 1987 for vision correction. In 2001 I had Lasik surgery to further 'improve' my vision.
In hindsight I realize these surgeries have caused damage to my eyes, making them naturally unable to produce sufficient tears.
The dryness seems to be getting worse. I am 41 years old next week, female. My eyes feel their worst in the evening and in the morning, upon waking. During these times they are not only dry, my vision is very blurry. The eyes hurt but I wouldn't exactly say they burn. Sometimes they feel 'full.' Eye drops don't seem to help.
I believe I fit the Pulsatilla profile, personality-wise. What would be the dosage in this case, or does another remedy come to mind?
