jeni_185 acne case

Jeni posted her acne problem in another thread and asked me for help. I am posting her case from starting here to avoid confusion. Jeni is advisd to shift her conversion here for her acne management.

A 23-year-old female with chronic acne (pimples and papules with whiteheads and blackheads) mainly at forehead, cheeks, and back whose menses are significant homeopathically for flow usually in morning and thin bright red in consistency.

These questions are needed to be answered
1. Acne sufferer should drink plenty of water (at least 8-10 glasses) normally. This helps a lot for acne. How much do you used to drink?

2. Acne sufferer should try to avoid to get constipated. Constipation contributes greatly to acne formation. Do you are used to have constipation?

3. Acne sufferer should not take too much stress and should take easy while facing problems in life. Living under stress causes over production of male hormones which in turn causes increased sebum production and causing acne. Stress also decreases the healing power of body significantly so there is double impact on acne upon being under stress. Are you are under stress? Please described your emotional aspects.

4. Acne usually occurs in peoples with oily greasy skin though these peoples skin looks younger for a long period in comparison to others. Do you have oily greasy skin? Try to describe your skin.

5. Peoples with acne commonly suffers with some food allergies. Do your stomach get upset by eating anything or your skin condition. Describes your usual sickness which occurs quite frequently

2. Acne sufferer should try to avoid to get constipated. Constipation contributes greatly to acne formation. Do you are used to have constipation? - Yes, I do get constipation occasionally.

3. Acne sufferer should not take too much stress and should take easy while facing problems in life. Please described your emotional aspects. - I am under no stress. I have a good job, no family problems, nothing to stress about.

4. Acne usually occurs in peoples with oily greasy skin though these peoples skin looks younger for a long period in comparison to others. Do you have oily greasy skin? Try to describe your skin. - I'd say that my skin is a combination type. It's not really oily - It just tends to get oily close to the monthly date.

5. Peoples with acne commonly suffers with some food allergies. Do your stomach get upset by eating anything or your skin condition. Describes your usual sickness which occurs quite frequently - I have no food alergies.

Nat. Mur 30c is also indicated for you.

Arrange this and then ask about how to take this medication

Dr. Rakesh Km Lko last decade
I have purchased the nat mur 30 pills.

jeni_185 last decade
First you should take 3-4 pills three times at 10 minute interval only one day. i.e. three dose one day and observe your symptoms.

Note your present numberos of pimples papules and observe the effect after medication.

You should take this in the morning and try to avoid salty food that day partically until evening.

Observe closly and report after seven days or early if you have any questions or concerns

Dr. Rakesh Km Lko last decade
Thank you. I'll give that a go tomorrow morning and let you know in a few days.

Just to confirm, is this correct:
4 pills at 9:00 am then
4 pills at 9:10 am then
4 pills at 9:20 am
??

jeni_185 last decade
yes

I followed your advice...
The pimples on my face have settled but I've got the scars!! - How do I get rid of them??

Also, my back had acne like red dots, but now some have become pimple-like... and once again I've got scars!!

Rate your improvement on 10/10 scale.

When do you take the first dose of Nat Mur?

For homoeopathic medicine for acne scar, Nat Mur should help this.

You should try these home remedies also

Apply lemon juice on scars and drink at 2 lemons each day.

Rub a silice of tomatto on scar twice a day. You should take at least two tomatto daily (do'not take it if you have any kidney stone problem)

Rub cucumber on your acne scar

Dr. Rakesh Km Lko last decade
I took my dose at about 11 am, then 11:10 am then 11:20 am on 29 May.
I would rate the improvement about 6.5/10.

so should I take nat mur again for the scar? If so when and how often?

jeni_185 last decade
Yes.

Take weekly dose as taken first day for four weeks and then report your acne improvement.

There may be some medicines changes.

Do also measures described in last post for scar removal.

You should also do not scratch or squeeze out your acne. This is main cause for acne scars. If you do so then no further scar would be formed.

Thanks.

I'll begin tomorrow morning and take 4 pills at:

9:00 am then 9:10 am then 9:20 am

on every monday morning for 4 weeks...

Just to confirm... there is no harm in doing this. Is there? Side effects etc??

jeni_185 last decade
Also, I've sudden;y got dry skin on my arms and legs... is this due to nat mur? If so, is it normal?

jeni_185 last decade
from when you started noticing your arm symptoms?

do you remember you have ever dry skin in the past if you have in the past then should go away soon

for now do not take next dose of nat mur

you should wait for one week and watch for your arms and legs.

Dr. Rakesh Km Lko last decade
the skin is not very dry... I noticed it about a week ago, but it could be due to the start of winter. But I've found that a moisturiser is doing fine. I occasionally get dry - I just wanted to confirm whether it's something that is a worry or not.

I have already take my dose of Nat Mur this morning (before I saw your reply).

jeni_185 last decade
it is okay

Dr. Rakesh Km Lko last decade
It's been 2 weeks and I've been taking Nat Mur every monday according to your instructions.

The acne seem to be settling down, but there are alot of scars.

jeni_185 last decade
It is still two weeks.

Observe closely changes you are noticing in your acne and your whole body and mind.

Try to note these changes.

The next medicine change is very important.

If your acne have changed their then next medicine changed would be based on that.

Regarding acne scar, do not squeeze acne or touch acne no new scar would be there and old scar go away with time and treatment.

Dr. Rakesh Km Lko last decade
The nat mur seems to have reduced my acne and scars, but it's still faintly there. However, today I noticed a couple of premature white hair. Could this be due to this medicine?? Is there a way to cure this?

jeni_185 last decade
If you had premature white hair in the past then it would be due to nat mur, but if it is not the case then it certainly due to Nat Mur.

How you are taking Nat Mur (potency and frequency)

Dr. Rakesh Km Lko last decade
I took it fo 4 weeks according to your instructions:
4 pills 3 times at 10 minutes intevals once a week
