Any medicine or diet in homeo to become fat

Hello Dr. I'm a 22 year old girl. My height is 5'4'' and weight is 40 kgs.I have no health problems. i would like to become fat. Is there any remedy in homeopathy or can you please suggest me a good diet to become bit fat. I'm a vegetarian. please do help..

Try alfalfaQ 10 drops twice daily before meal for 1month.

Please read my posts on the Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning.

These breathing exercises are known to balance weight ie those who are overweight lose weight and those underweight gain weight.
If you could do the above exercises you may take the following diet to increase weight. Please note that taking the specified diet without doing breathing exercises may lead to digestion problems.
1. Immerse Khowa Jilebi in Cow Milk at night. Have it in the morning after doing the breathing exercises.
2. Eating banana with curd is also good to gain weight. You may add a pinch of ginger power if you fear catching cold. This you can have in the morning and evening (atleast three hours before going to bed). There should be atleast 1 our gap between taking milk and curd.
