Arg Nit in pregnancy for anxiety

I have severe anxiety and also performance anxiety. I have to give presentations for work and I have diarreah, blushing, trembling of voice, and mind blank when doing a speech.

Can I take arg nit before a speech safely while pregnant? I am 4 months along. I have taken it once 3 pellets 30c dose.

When should I take before event and how many pellets?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is not advisable to take arg nit every time before an event during pregnancy.

You better take three doses (one dose is 3 pellets) of arg nit 30c on a single day at a gap of 4 hours. Don't take it often, just once. It is a long acting remedy and it acts internally for 30 days.

On the day of event when there is a likelihood of performance anxiety, you should take the following bach flower remedies four times a day.
1. mimulus
2. cherry plum
3. white chestnut

The tissue salt kali phos 6x should also help you in your anxiety and it also helps easy partirution. You may take 4 tablets thrice a day.

I'm not sure what those things are that you described. Are there any homeopathics specifically I can take during pregnancy before a speech?
