sulphur 0/30 LM stopped working

hello,
I have been taking homeoapathy for the 1st time in my life now with good results. I have started 6 months ago with sulphur 0/2 LM for chronic complaints (a very complex picture), and from the first moment it was fantastic, both at the mind and body level. My homeopath has been rising the potency slowly (I take a single dose once a month more or less), and when I arrived to 0/30 I was feeling nearly cured. I took a couple of this single doses in that potency, and then, my mistake, I cought a parasite infection on the beach, and took anti parasites (allopathic) for 3 days. after that, I felt very bad again. I took another single dose of 0/30 LM, and it was not the same. I could feel some improvement but only ligtht. What happened? What should I do? Should I go back to a lower potency?
