Lumps in underarm
5 months ago I notice a couple 'lumps' (small) appear in my underarm (left side). I monitored them and they hung around a few weeks and didn't do anything so I went to a family doctor who prescribed me 10 days of Keflex anibiotic. They went away before the pills were gone but about 7-10 days later one of them slowly came back so i went back to the doctor. It seemed to be getting more painful this time and it was located right below my armpit. The doctor didn't even look at it and prescribed Bactrim for 14 days ontop of oxidicycline for 3 MONTHS! All in the absence of ever telling me a diagnosis. The bactrim made me break out in hives on teh 10th day so she gave me z-pack to take it's place. During the 10 days that I was on the Bactrim this 'thing' got to be the size of a large pimple or a boil (i've never had a boil) and I was able to manipulate white 'stuff' out of it, then it healed and went away.I threw away the z-pack and the other stuff and went to a local homepathic doctor who ran blood tests that only came up with my hormone levels being 'off'. So he started giving me a 1cc shot of estron each week and during this time the underarm was virtually inactive (5 weeks). One the day of my last shot I felt the other one of the same original two start to do 'something'. But the doctor told me that he wasn't concerned and I just needed to run it's course. That one grew over that next few weeks to be the size of a dime and was red and soar. So I went to a dermatologist who told me it was a cyst and shot it with a steroid (which made it hurt more than the actual cyst) and gave me more oxidicyclin for 30 days. After a few days it stopped hurting but by 3 weeks later the spot was still there but I could feel fluid in it which obviously needed to come out somehow. So I stopped taking the antibiotic and it shrunk to almost nothing while at the same time a chain of lymph nodes flaired up a little in reaction to the steroids (I think). All of these doctors were seen in Las Vegas, and right when I stopped taking the anibiotic I moved to Utah. So here in Utah I first went to an internal medicine doctor who told me he didn't know what it was and sent me to a surgeon to have it biopsied.
The surgeon listened to what my 'history' was and told me what I had before ever even looking at my arm. He CLAIMS that I have HIDRADENTIS SUPPURATIVA (HS) which is a horrible and untreatable/uncurable skin condition of which I have none of the risk factors. He claimed that he knew it was a 'resistant' MRSA type infection and prescibed me Clindomiacin (which I threw out when I read how dangerous it is). I find it very hard to believe that in the absense of an actual cyst or any actual tests that I can have this horrible condition. He sent me to a dermatologist who also told me what I had before ever examining me based souly on what I was saying. But I've only had 2 of these things and I don't see how it can't be an ifected hair follical or something that makes more sense. So I am looking for natural remedies to help me. Sorry this was so long, I just wasnted to put it all out there. PLEASE HELP!

how big they are
do they itch and burn
are they soft or hard
do they appear to be pus filled
how many lumps are there
do you think that it will be more appropriate looking at the condition of the bumps that it would be better to suppurate first ie to break them open and drain off all the pus or it would be better to cure them without draining. This is very important as we have different protocols for different conditions.

Well, there aren't any lumps RIGHT NOW exept for the one node that hardened in reaction to teh steroid shot and last antibiotics (that's what I'm told they are doing). It is very small and hard (peas sized) and doesn't hurt. The other bumps-first there were 2 of them and then there were 2 things that were more like marks than bumps. They were also small, about pea sized as well. They went away after teh keflex. Then the one that eventually became a 'boil' came up but was very tiny-not even a real bump just a little white dot that I SQEEZED (so I think I gave myself the boil by doing that) because then it grew and got bigger (little larger than a pea) until I the stuff came out (pus and blood) and it healed. While that was going one one of the original bumps from the first time also came back but stayed small again. The last time was the same bump from the previous two times that was inactive, yet over the next 3 weeks grew to the size of a dime and was soar/red with minor itching (itch more around it than on it). That was teh supposed 'cyst' which makes sense that it would keep coming back if it was an ingrown hair or something causing it. After the shot and teh antibiotics it stopped hurting but was the same size with the fluid in it but then shrunk completely away after I stopped the meds. Then the one node popped up so I went to the derm and surgeon here in UT who told me this horrible diagnosis IN THE ABSENCE of any actual cyct/boil/culture or ANYTHING. I hope that answers your question-sorry to get so detailed.
I guess since I don't have any currently, I am more interested in any preventative meds to help clear whatever is really going on because there is just no way it is HS.

Greetings! Female, 43. This last year I have small painful lumps that appear and disappear in different spots of both of my underarms. If I perspire, or have an adrenaline rush, I can feel them & I know that one might be developing. Sometimes they disappear for a few weeks, other times they appear and stay for the same amount of time. I notice if I put castor oil on them a few nights in a row, they start to shrink and might disappear. My diet is gluten free, and I eat organic as much as possible. I sleep well at night, at least 7 hours. My stress level is not very high. Please let me know what you recommend. Thank you so much for your time and trying to help me.
