Anxiety & urge to urinate non stop
Hi, my 7 year old has a very strong fear of having to leave the house as it triggers urge to wee every couple of minutes. All started after a nasty fall in the playground about a month ago, where he slipped and fell on his bottom, got very scared he's done something to his back.... after that the same day, he felt very strong urge to wee while there was no chance to do so. Later on, he would get this 2 hour lasting attacks of going to the loo after experiencing some outburst of emotions. Recently he got scared of being away from the loo as his urge started while we were in the car with no chance to stop and find the toilet for him. Since then he only about manages till school and around home where he feels safe that in case - there are facilities... His urge comes suddenly, with having to go every 1-2 minutes and sometimes with quite a bit of wee is coming out. We understand his psychological reasons, infection has been ruled out and he is absolutely ok at home.His biggest fear is that he'll wee himself and everybody will see it. Gets angry easily an very upset that all his efforts are not working.
Any suggestions?

If repertorization is done for enuresis we have lot of remedies. Arnica is also one of the remedies. In this case the problem has started after a nasty fall in the playground. Therefore in my opinion arnica should be tried.
Please give three doses of arnica 30c to your child at a gap of 4 hours on a single day and observe the change in symptoms.
Please don't try Dr Mohla's suggestion and arnica at the same time. Please try them one by one.

If we consider its mental symptoms then Arg.Nit. seems to be appropriate.
If we consider mechanical symptoms then Arnica is appropriate. But my vote goes to Kadwa apprantly it is a case of mechanical injury though it is too late but never late.
Let us wait the result of Arnica for some times.

After his fall, I gave him aconite 30 and arnica 200 straight away. Maybe wrong potency?
I think by now it really is more the mental symptom, as he gets the urge to go to the toiled as soon as we need to leave the house and he knows that it won't be easy to find and get to one if it's needed. He was not so bothered about his weeing in the beginning, as we thought it maybe is just an infection (and we were treating it, drinking herbal teas, cranberry extract and he knew it will help), but one day we were on a trip in the car: he needed to wee, we could not stop as there was no chance... eventually we got him to the toiled, but after that it was a journey with having to stop every couple of minutes and not much wee coming out. The following day he was afraid of going to school, as it's a 10 minute walk (that's 10 minutes without toilet). Plus he was very very worried, that teachers at school won't understand his need to go to the loo and that he will wee himself. We asked teachers to support him and not to make a big deal out of it, but he still is worried as there is school assembly coming and he thinks it will be very hard not to go to the loo and what if it starts that he needs it often...
I see it as anxiety related problem. Bad expirience (like the one in the car) led to a big fear.

Thanks for giving detailed statment. Now it becomes evident that this happend due to mental feelings. Therefore, Now please take Arg.Nit. as prescribed by dr. akash. But I think the potency would be 200 and would be repeated after 4 days. But let dr. aksh speak.

Looks like arg nit 30 was the right remedy! After only a couple of days my son, even though he still was worried that he might need to go to the toiled once he's out of his comfort zone, did absolutely fine without having to go to the loo. He still says that maybe going by car somewhere far is a bad idea and will worry beforehand, we haven't had any emergencies!
We continued with Arg Nit 30 for 7 days and he's been given one more dose once before a 2 hours car trip.
