Headache that never goes away!

Hi, I am a 21 year old male who has been suffering with headaches associated with other symptoms for almost 3 months already. It all started when i stupidly and accidentally overdosed on stimulants a caffeine substance and an NO enhancer product. I was a avid workoutaholic, but after that day i overdosed i stopped working out because i could say that it felt like i almost died after my heart pumped rapidly and i was nauseated and almost passed out as if i was going to go into shock. i just drank lots of water and ate a lot after i couldn't throw it up. That day i had difficulty sleeping and only slept for 2-3 hours and then on i i developed palpitations, muscle twitching, high anxiety that lead to this chronic tension headache (mostly on the right temple, sometimes on both) associated muscle twitching still throughout my body, and constant twitching on my scalp that happens several times a day, the roof of my mouth towards the back that pulsate and throb, vibrations to my limbs, a stiff neck, and occasionally i will get this wet dripping sensation that runs underneath my scalp and it all NEVER goes away even before and after i sleep. There has never been a minute yet where i felt i can live. I had to take a break from school just so i can relax more after i was told by my doctor that it was caused from stress and anxiety, and also it was hard for me because every time i took a test or focused on writing something my headaches got tremendously worse and my scalp would twitch even more and my body would vibrate. however, even after relaxing a lot more the symptoms still proceed. I have seen several doctors that provided me with painkillers, flonase for my sinus infection i had, and muscle relaxers which all provided little to no help and i don't take now. I have gotten a CT scan of my head that showed no indications of tumors or aneurisms which is good. Since my doctors couldn't find anything and where hopeless I tried seeing a chiropractor but it didn't help. My doctor just recently turned my over to a neurologist who prescribed with Depakote ER 500mg and i have been taking it for 3 weeks already, it too has not been helping. I am running out of options i don't know if this may be life long which i do not want because i still want to go back to college and i was already getting ready to transfer out to nursing school. Please help me on any remedy that can relieve my condition. thanks.
