Prostate Enlargement With Calcifiation

Please help, i got my ultrasound scan results as below:

Urinary bladder is normal. No evidence of any mass lesions noted.
Prostate measures : 2.8 x 3.9 x 4.2 cm; (Volume : 25 cc)
Prostate is enlarged in size. Calcification is seen in the central zone measuring 1 x 1.7 cm
No evidence of ascites or para-aortic lymphadenopathy noted.
IMPRESSION : MILD PROSTATE ENLARGEMENT WITH CALCIFIATION IN CENTRAL ZONE

I am 37 years Old.

Can homeopathy help this prostate enlargement with calcification? Also my cerum calcium level is 10.7 (10.6 is the upper limit)
