Cravings for sweets and carbs

I'm 40 years old. I have 63 kg and 1.68 m. Two months ago it was 59 kg. I've been fighting overweight since childhood by exercising and trying to control cravings for sweets and carbo. Sometimes I look for male company (when I have nothing better or more interesting to do, since Brazilian men are too tough). My 10-year-old daughter died on April 19 (renal disease) and I started to eat huge amounts of sweets, buns, chocolate, cakes, biscuits, cookies, cereal bars. I have no boyfriend at the moment and work as a Translator and English teacher. My mother and my younger brother live with me. She stores snacks, sweets and food for him, and has kept it all hidden from me since his birth... I feel sad, lonely and frustrated with her lack of sensibility. What should I try as to control my cravings?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please describe your nature, personality, thermals, response to various situations, emotions, views about life in general, other ailments if any, family health history etc.

please write down all information apart from above which may help the homeopaths to know your homeopathic constitution.

Well, it's not easy to describe my nature, since I'm a Taurean woman (Sagittarius is my ascendant). My Potuguese mother got pregnant as to marry my father (a poor Brazilian). As any latin guy, he just wished for male kids. I am the first child. Five years later, my sister was born. Since my father used to have my lovers, my mother wanted to keep it away from those women by having a son. When I was 12, my younger brother was born. My parents just forgot about us: no attention, no affection, no love at all. They used to buy the cheapest clothes, shoes and gifts for both of us, and the most expensive for my brother. They (especially our father) taught him to mistreat us all the time, since we were quite fat.

When I was about 6, my father's father used to abuse me. My father's relatives and my mother surely knew about that, but my father used to blame me. When I was 11, a neighbor tried to abuse me again, but didn't succeed. Crying and shivering I told it to my parents, but my father forced me to apologize for him. I know my mother believed me, but she couldn't do anything. She used to depend on that bastard. He was dishonest, evil, unfaithful, rude, tough, two-faced, deceitful, envious, mean, extremely stupid and violent.

WellI had to live with him for 20 years (he was murdered in 1989 by his 'friend'), and I couldn't notice a single quality. He used to say I was a w***e (even studying a lot and having no addiction on alcohol or drugs). My father's family is not that healthy: blindness due to diabetes, 'bones' cancer, shor-sightedness, amblyopia, astigmatism. My mother's family has several types of cancer (blood, lungs, stomach...), diabetes, obesity, thyroid diseases, depression and bipolar disfunction (my brother and my father).
I am patient, intense, cheerful, good-humored, humble, strong-minded, sincere, (seldom) jealous, loving, individualist, polite, intelligent, organized, disciplined and fair. I have sinusitis at least once an year, frequent colds (about every 2 months) since I live by the sea, herniated disc, bursitis and painful menstruation.

please take one dose of NAT MUR 10M on a single day morning in empty stomach.

please dont take any sweets or excess salt for the next 48 hours.

gradually you will notice that the craving for sweets has reduced.

one dose:

put 4 drops of the liquid remedy in 15 ml of water. thump the tube bottle on the palm for some 10 times and then sip it up gradually in empty stomach. no food or water for next 1 hour.

Thanks so much for your prescription, Rishimba. By the way, I hate salty food. I like spicy food and snacks, but don't like salt. I have hypotension and very low sugar levels.
I'll surely try NAT MUR as soon as possible, exactly the way you've mentioned.
