Dear SSth200,
Please start sulphur 6x, use 10 drops in morning and 10 drops before going to bed, and secondly, after washing your face with mild soap, please use cotton but, wet it with sulphur, apply on your whole face, where the skin is affected, then revert back after 10 days. you will find 100% success
