Epididymis: Want to Avoid Surgery

Hi,
I got married one year back.I am here to seek advice for my husband. Here is the Medical History:

Age: 26
Height: 6 ft
Weight: 90 kg

June 2008:
Sexually inactive before marriage.
Urinary tract infection which doctors treated with gentacin injections. My husband was having severe pain in testicles and they became heavy. He was barely able to walk. The doctors did not pay much attention to this and carried out culture test on prostatic fluid which was clear.

A month later we got married. Since the start of our marriage:
-he is having pain in testes after intercourse.
-He gained weight.
-Loses erection at times
-Lost interest in intercourse due to pain in testis and somewhere around bladder ..lower abdomen
- does not gets discharged mostly.

He is a very shy person. Moreover he has gotten so much depressed and having mood swings. It took me months to convince him to go to a doctor and get treatment. Here are the tests results:

Sperm volume : 3 ml
Sperm count: Nil
Pus cell in semen: Nil

Urine Profile is all within normal range.

Testosterone: 4.5
FSH: 5.5

Ultrasound:
-slight swelling in kidneys
- a calculus in seminal vesicle measures 7 mm but it is not blocking the ejaculatory duct.

Doppler:
- Everything in scrotum/testes is normal
-Very small calculus on right side in scrotal sac (He mostly has pain on right side)

Sonologist's Conclusion: Possibility of Bilateral Chronic Epididymisitis because epididymis is slightly enlarged.

Urologist says that as FSH is normal so only reason of azoospermia is blocked tubes. He wants to operate and open the blocked tubes.

Are really the tubes being blocked? If so, are there medicines in Homeopathy? Do u want any other tests results?

Awaiting reply.
Regards.

Here are the answers to ur questions. I asked symptoms from my husband and answering on his behalf.

Patient ID:
Sex: Male
Age: 26

1. Describe your main suffering?
Pain in Right testes after intercourse. It last for a day or two. If I don’t do intercourse for a week then the pain starts in left testes.
Secondly, I have pain a few inches above the penis in the abdomen.
Thirdly, I do not always get discharged. If I do intercourse 2-3 times in 15 days then I get fully discharged once. My penis loses erection in the middle of intercourse. So I have to stop.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
At times itchiness on skin anywhere in body. I am a little over weight as well.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
I want to get myself treated but I fear that if the doctors found in the end that I have no cure then my wife would leave me. I also do not want people to know about my physical health. I love my wife and want to make love to her but I feel that if we avoid intercourse for longer period then its beneficial for my health e.g once in 10 -15 days.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Severe pain in testes and with that a little back ache too. And I also feel very sad.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

12 months back. Last june I had pain in testes and in lower abdomen. As I said earlier that I do not want my parents to know of my pains so I did not tell anyone. But when my fever got very high and I started screaming with pain then my parents got to know of it and they took me in Emergency to the hospital where doctors gave me injections of Gentacin and also gave citrilka to drink in water. They said it is a urinary tract infection.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
At night.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
When I do not have sex for long then I feel better. If my wife comes near me and even if we do not have intercourse even then that arousal causes pain.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
It all started after the infection. But I want to mention even before marriage I used to get discharged myself only once in 35-45 days.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I do not feel intensity of temperature. In hot weather (42 C) I do not need fan. And in cold weather I roam in the house in a T-shirt and do not need heater at all.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I am a very down to earth person. I am quiet among strangers. At home at times I shout at parents. I do get offended easily. With my wife and friends I am very talkative. But I do not like when everyday my wife tells me that I need medical help.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
I do not like to get wet with the rain.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Yes a lot

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
Not much.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
Yes I bite my nails, therefore whenever my wife sees this she brings a nail cutter and cuts them. I also weep. I fear that one day I will be alone.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I love my wife and parents but I need them to understand me. At times if I am not willing to get a treatment then they should stop such topics. They should listen to me. Some day God will do a miracle.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
lonliness..

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

Too much chillies. My stomach gets upset.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Normal. Trunk.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
I have an upset stomach atleast once a month. Mostly loose.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
On right side. I sleep 5-6 hrs as I have a very hectic job. I am a software engineer.

Please tell me how many times a day this medicine has to be taken. After every 4 hrs means : 24/4= 6 times.
