if calc doesnt work, please try PHOSPHORUS 200C some 5 doses each every 12 hours.

if you are fat.. its unlikely that you would resonate with phosphorus..
dont try it in acute times.

All I know take max 8 leafs in a day.Just see for two three days then reduce your dosage.U can take it anytime before or after food.
For making medicine just follow the procedure i told u.
It only reduces bleeding.
After taking sheesham if u can find Asokaristham just try it.

my bleeding has been stopped.you gave me really very good and precious tip.
i eat sheesham leaves for 3 days and bleeding was stoped.
next day i went to outside with my husband and eat GOLGUPPY(pani puri).
mitashi will u believe me bleeding was started again after 2,3 hours.then again i eat leaves.
now bleeding is stopped.
so mitashi i request you plz give me some more good tips.

i also have pain in uterus and feelings of heaviness.especially when i sit anywhere or doing any kind of work.
normal menses are also not started yet.
plz now recomend me good medicine to regulate menses and for the strength of uterus.

this is again a clear symptom of PULSATILLA.
during the heavyness and pain you can take PULSATILLA 30C every 4 hours for some one or two days.
please stop as soon as you get some relief.
next time if the pain starts, you may go for 200C potency every 6 hours for some 5 doses.
