Medicine after immunizations for babies

My baby will be 2 months this week and he is going to get his shots this week as well. He will be getting Rotavirus vaccine , Diphtheria, tetanus and acellular pertussis (DTaP), Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib), Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV) &
Inactivated poliovirus (IPV). He will be getting 3 shots with a combination of compatible medicines. It is well known that after the shots, most of the kids have temperature and some swelling in the area of the shots. Are there any medicines that I can safely give my baby to reduce the temperature as well as the swelling? I am very scared about giving him any medicine since he is so young due to the possibility of side effects. I used to take homeo medicines during my pregnancy from the 5th month onwards. I have not had any side effects/allergies to the medicines.

What dosage of Arnica can be given to the baby?

I would say 30c would be okay for a nonprofessioal user for all kind of medicines, but there are some exception to and there may be untoward reaction also with homeopathy

Apart from arnica you can also give Ledum 200c one or two doses after injected vaccines. Dr. Luc always encourages parents to give Ledum 200c after infants have had injected vaccines.
